The present research, which relies substantially on first-hand sources found in different archives, traces the methodology and the works of evangelization implemented by the Consolata Missionaries in Kenya until 1981.
The missionary commitment of fathers, brothers, Consolata sisters and the laity has given rise to several dioceses. These dioceses that today have reached a structural dimension that is vast and solid are mainly served by the local clergy and by the men and women religious of Africa, and undertake massive efforts towards human promotion and evangelization with particular emphases on the themes of justice and peace.
